Your GACA dues are $35.00 for the 2024 calendar year. There are two ways you can pay.

The cost for this service will be $1.77 in addition to the $35 dues for the 2024 fiscal year, so the billed total will be $36.77 if you use this payment method.

WHAT YOUR DUES PAY FOR

Some of the things your Green Acres Civic Association dues pay for:

• Snow plowing, salting and sanding of our streets
• Street lights
• Entrance island maintenance
• Newsletter, delivered to your home four times a year
• Community large items trash pick-up once a year
• Community yard sale
• Easter egg hunt, July 4th parade, block party
• Neighborhood directory, updated and published every two years
• Advocacy with state and county elected officials for our needs
• Participation in Council of Civic Organizations of Brandywine Hundred
• General promotion of the safety, maintenance, well-being and enjoyment of our neighborhood
