Winter is winding down, but you may be starting to plan for yard or house changes for when the weather gets warmer.
Please remember that the Green Acres Architectural Review Committee needs to be notified of any outdoor construction (fences, sheds, or home additions or renovations) before the work begins. ARC has the authority to approve or deny remodeling or fence plans based on our deed restrictions.
